• Somya is a former litigator in New York City. In 2017, she branched off to become a solo practitioner and formed Kaushik Law, PLLC, to focus on startups, technology, IP and business law. Currently, she is the CEO and Founder of Esq.Me, Inc.
• She graduated from New York Law School’s Intellectual Property and Technology Program. And also holds a B.A. in psychology from The George Washington University. She also studied international law and international human rights law at The London School of Economics in U.K.
