Somya is a former litigator in New York City. In 2017, she branched off to become a solo practitioner and formed Kaushik Law, PLLC, to focus on startups, technology, IP and business law. Currently, she is the CEO and Founder of Esq.Me, Inc.
She graduated from New York Law School’s Intellectual Property and Technology Program. And also holds a B.A. in psychology from The George Washington University. She also studied international law and international human rights law at The London School of Economics in U.K.
Somya is an expert in legal technology and speaks across the globe. Hence, was interviewed by Forbes, the Lawyerist, Above the Law, MIT’s Sloan School of Business and Executive MBA, LegalGeek in London, the South Asian Bar Association Annual Conference in Washington, D.C and so much more.
